PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY OF MIIOR SHOP
We ensure that our customers' privacy is fully respected and that their personal data is protected.
The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data collected from Customers via the online shop, operating at www.miior7.com (hereinafter: "Online Shop").
The personal data provided by the Customers shall be processed in a manner consistent with the scope of the authorisation granted by the Customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "RODO").
All words, phrases and acronyms appearing in this privacy policy and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Shop, Electronic Service) shall be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Rules and Regulations of the Online Shop available on the pages of the Online Shop.
Data administration
The Administrator of the data collected via the Internet Shop is MIIOR SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ I WSPÓLNICY SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marywilska 34, 03-228 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS no. 551943, NIP 7010476452, REGON 361233658, e-mail address: miior7@miior.com - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Service Provider of the Internet Shop and the Seller.
The controller shall take particular care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data collected by it are processed lawfully; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; and kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
Purpose of data collection
Personal data collected by the Administrator will be processed in order to set up and maintain the Customer's account, to process orders placed in the Online Shop on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO and for the purpose of direct communication, running and maintaining the Online Shop website and conducting statistics and traffic analysis in the Online Shop on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, which also constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrator.
The Administrator will also process the Customers' personal data in order to fulfil the Administrator's legal obligations (e.g. keeping tax books) and to establish, assert or defend claims that the Administrator may raise or that may be raised against the Administrator.
If a separate consent has been given, personal data will also be processed in order to receive commercial information sent by the Administrator to the e-mail address provided, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation in conjunction with Article 10(1) of the Act on Electronic Service Provision. This applies in particular to newsletters sent to the Customer if he or she expressly confirms his or her consent to receive newsletters about current promotions, discounts and novelties in the Internet Shop and to express opinions about the Internet Shop. These materials relate exclusively to the offer of the Online Shop.
The Administrator may process the following personal data of the Customer: first and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, town, country), address of residence/business/seat (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Customer.
The use of the Online Shop, including making purchases, is voluntary. Similarly, the provision of personal data by the Customer using the Online Shop is voluntary, however the provision of personal data indicated above may be necessary for the conclusion and performance of a sales contract or an agreement for the provision of electronic services in the Online Shop operating at miior7@miior.com.
Data retention period
The collected personal data will be stored for the period of remaining a registered user of the Internet Shop operating at miior7@miior.com, and after resigning from being a user of the Internet Shop - for the period necessary to exercise all rights vested in the seller by virtue of concluding a sales contract, including the assertion of claims.
If you use the Online Shop without registering, your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to exercise all the Administrator's rights under the sales contract, including the assertion of claims.
The data shall be stored for the period of existence of the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, but not longer than the period of limitation of the Administrator's claims against the data subject on account of the Administrator's business activities. The limitation period is determined by the provisions of law, in particular the Civil Code.
The controller may not process the data for direct marketing purposes in the event of an effective objection to this effect by the data subject.
Recipients of data
In the case of a Customer who uses the courier delivery method in the Online Store, the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the shipment on behalf of the Administrator. The group of data recipients in this respect also includes carriers/shippers/courier brokers/entities handling the warehouse and/or shipping process.
In the case of a Customer who uses the electronic or credit card payment method in the Online Shop, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected entity handling the aforementioned payments in the Online Shop.
The Internet Shop may also transfer data to service providers who supply the Administrator with technical, IT and organisational solutions enabling the Administrator to conduct business activity, including the Internet Shop and Electronic Services provided through it (in particular, providers of computer software for running the Internet Shop, providers of electronic mail and web hosting and providers of business management and technical assistance software to the Administrator) and to providers of accounting, legal or advisory services that provide accounting, legal or advisory support to the Administrator (in particular, an accounting office, a law firm or a debt collection agency), to whom the Administrator outsources the processing of personal data. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the Online Shop and only in accordance with its instructions.
In the event of an inspection, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Customer's data may be made available to the inspectors.
Transfers of data to third countries
The Administrator does not transfer the collected data outside the European Economic Area, unless the delivery of the Goods at the express request of the Customer is to be made outside this area.
The transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area takes place under one of the following conditions:
- the processing is carried out by an entity for which a decision establishing an adequate level of protection has been issued,
- processing is carried out by an entity that participates in the Privacy Shield Programme,
- processing is carried out by the entity under binding corporate rules.
Data security
Personal data is stored on secure servers. Access to data is granted to selected employees. The place and manner in which the data is held is to ensure its complete security.
Customers' rights in relation to the processing of personal data and automated decision-making
Customers have the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:
- the right to withdraw consent to data processing,
- The right to access and receive a copy of personal data,
- The right to request the rectification (amendment) of personal data,
- the right to request the erasure of personal data,
- The right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data,
- the right to object to the processing on grounds of a particular situation which justifies the cessation of the processing objected to,
- the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data, in a structured, commonly used IT format suitable for machine reading. The right to data portability only applies to those data that are processed under contract or on the basis of consent.
To exercise the above rights, the Customer should contact the Administrator - contact details above. In order to ensure that the Administrator is contacted by a person entitled to make a request, the Administrator may ask for additional information to enable effective authentication and identification.
Right of withdrawal of consent
To the extent that data is processed on the basis of consent, this consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the postal address or to our email address of the Administrator.
Right to lodge a complaint with an authority
The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Anonymous data and push notifications
During the use of the website at miior7@miior.com anonymous information is automatically collected on the server, e.g. IP address, domain name, browser type, device type, operating system type, etc. The information contained on the server is used, in particular, for technical purposes and for the purposes of administering the Internet Shop, ensuring the safety of the Internet Shop's operation, implementing the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, and protecting the law. Besides, the information is used to collect statistical or marketing information.
In addition, the Online Shop reserves the right to send push notifications containing personalised commercial information, discount coupons and information on changes to the status of an order. The customer may deactivate the notifications at any time.
COOKIE POLICY
The shop also uses so-called cookies. These files are saved on the Customer's computer by the server and provide statistical data about the Customer's activity in order to adjust the offer to the Customer's individual needs and tastes. The Customer can disable the option of accepting cookies in his/her Internet browser at any time, although he/she must be aware that in some cases disabling these files may make it more difficult to use the offer of the Internet Shop.
If links are provided on the Shop's website leading to other websites not administered by the Shop, the Shop cannot be held responsible either for the content of those sites or for the degree of privacy protection implemented by the administrators of those sites. When deciding to go to such sites, the Customer does so at his/her own risk. The Shop encourages, by the way, to read the privacy policy implemented by these sites before the Customer provides his/her personal data to them.
The Shop also collects anonymous statistical data on the pages visited. This data is used exclusively for statistical analysis of the traffic on the Shop's pages. The rules concerning the Google Analytics privacy policy can be found at: www.google.com.

Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page, and the Shop will notify you of significant changes in a more prominent manner (including, for some services, sending an email notification informing you of changes to the Privacy Policy).
Definitions
- Service - means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the website, operating in the domain(s) miior7@miior.com.
- Device - means the electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
- User - means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
Types of cookies used
The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the User's Device through this method. These Cookies allow the software used by the User to be identified and the Website to be customised for each individual User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
The administrator uses two types of cookies:
Session cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of the respective browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be collected from the User's Device.
Permanent cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there until deleted. The end of the session of the browser in question or the switching off of the Device does not cause them to be deleted from the User's Device. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be collected from the User's Device.
The User has the possibility to restrict or disable the access of cookies to their Device. If this option is exercised, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
Purposes for which cookies are used
The Administrator uses the Administrator's own Cookies (placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website) for the following purposes:
- Service configuration
- adapting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the Website pages;
- to recognise the Service User's device and its location and accordingly display the website, tailored to its individual needs;
- remembering the settings selected by the User and personalising the User's interface, e.g. with regard to the User's chosen language or region of origin;
- remembering the history of pages visited on the site in order to recommend content;
- font size, website design, etc.
- Authenticating the user on the site and ensuring the user's session on the site
- maintaining a session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which a User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page of the Service;
- the correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular the verification of the authenticity of the browser session;
- to optimise and increase the efficiency of the services provided by the Administrator.
- Implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of the websites
- adapting the content of the Website pages to User preferences and optimising the use of the Website pages. In particular, these files make it possible to recognise the basic parameters of a User's Device and to appropriately display a website adapted to his/her individual needs;
- the correct operation of the affiliation programme, enabling in particular the verification of sources of redirection of Users to the Website.
- Remembering the user's location
- the correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular the adaptation of the information provided to the User taking into account his or her location.
- Analysis and research and audience audit
- the creation of anonymous statistics which help us to understand how Website Users use the Website's pages, which enables us to improve their structure and content.
- Provision of advertising services
- to tailor the advertisements presented via the Website for third-party services and products;
- Ensuring the safety and reliability of the service
